The TMMS agent may not be able to launch successfully if the certificate has expired. The certificate used to sign the IPA file should be valid. Look for the iOS Deployment Settings section.Go to Administration > Communication Server Settings > iOS Settings.Login to the TMMS Enterprise Admin console.Download TMMS_ScanOnly_SignTool.zip and extract it to the working folder.
